Enjoy Food and the Best in “Hawai‘i Made” Products

The Kamehameha Festival Market (Market) features food and an assortment of “Hawai‘i-made” arts and crafts that will please the kama‘āina (local) and malihini (visitor) looking for that special cultural gift. The Market will be located on Mokuola (Island of Life) where the Kamehameha Festival  will take place. Market hours will be in conjunction with Festival hours, 10 am to 4 pm, day of Event.

Kamehameha Festival Market Vendor Information

What: Kamehameha Festival Market
When: June 11 from 10:00 am. to 4:00 pm.
Where: Hilo, Hawai‘i on Mokuola (Island of Life)
Why: To offer island, traditional, and cultural foods and products for market.
Who: Presented by Na Wahine O Kamehameha.

Space Fees:
$130.00 for a 10’ x 10’ space.
$180.00 for two 10’ x 10’ spaces.

Setup:
Vendors will be responsible for their own set-up, i.e., tent, tables, chairs, electrical power, etc.

Restrictions:
All products will be limited to one vendor per type, e.g., one shave ice vendor, one ice cream vendor, one black pearl jewelry vendor, etc.

Hours:
Market Hours are 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. All vendors must be set-up and ready for business by 9:00 am and remain open till Market closes at 4:00 pm.

Rights:
Festival presenters reserve the right to restrict/limit the type of product, snack, or food that may be sold at the Kamehameha Festival Market. Vendor space is limited, as such, vendors will be accepted on a first-come, first- served basis.

Deadline:
Deadline to submit vendor application is May 11. Upon receiving your application, we will confirm your reservation of vendor space via email or phone call.
